For bike & scooter dealers
Built for the pace of a bike floor.
A used two-wheeler dealer turns stock faster, holds more units and sells more on instalments than any car yard — and most dealer software ignores that completely. MotorIQ gives bike, scooter and EV dealers a system that keeps up: quick vehicle entry, engine and ownership fields that fit two-wheelers, a buyer khata for instalments, and the same one-tap GST margin scheme invoice.

Sound familiar?
The problems this replaces.
Fifty bikes, one notebook
High-volume, low-ticket stock means more entries, more buyers, more chances for a unit to simply vanish from your records.
Instalments tracked on trust
Half the floor sells on part-payments. Who has paid what, and when the next instalment is due, shouldn't live in anyone's head.
Buyers want photos now
By the time you've forwarded six photos per bike on WhatsApp, the buyer has bought elsewhere.
GST confusion on used bikes
Yes, the margin scheme applies to two-wheelers too — but almost nobody calculates it correctly by hand.
How MotorIQ handles it
Built around how this trade works.
Two-wheeler-first inventory
Engine cc, owner count, registration and insurance fields that fit bikes and scooters — not car fields awkwardly reused.
Buyer instalment khata
Log part-payments, cheque references and running balance per buyer. The full khata, with zero paper.
Margin scheme GST for two-wheelers
18% on margin per the Jan 2025 amendment, zero tax on negative-margin sales, compliant invoice printed in one tap.
04Public catalogue + QR per bike
Your live stock at one shareable URL, a QR sticker on every bike. Buyers browse before they walk in.
Bulk CSV import
Move a 100-unit floor from Excel into MotorIQ in minutes, with row-level error reporting.
CRM that survives the rush
Every walk-in and WhatsApp enquiry logged against a vehicle with follow-up reminders — no lead left in a chat thread.
FAQ
Common questions
Does the GST margin scheme apply to used two-wheelers?
Yes. GST-registered dealers selling used two-wheelers pay GST on the profit margin, not the sale price — at 18% following the January 2025 amendment. If a bike sells below its purchase cost, no GST is payable on that sale. MotorIQ applies the rule automatically.
Can it handle a high-volume floor — 100+ bikes?
That's what it's built for. Vehicle entry takes under a minute, bulk CSV import migrates an existing floor in one go, and duplicate registration/chassis detection keeps a fast-moving inventory clean.
How does instalment tracking work?
Each buyer gets a khata: log every part-payment with date and reference, and the running balance updates automatically. You always know exactly who owes what — without a paper register.
I sell bikes and cars. Do I need two systems?
No. Enable both categories in one MotorIQ account — inventory tabs keep them organised, and each category carries its own appropriate fields and specs.
Does it work on a phone at the counter?
Yes — MotorIQ installs as an app on any phone. Add a bike with photos, check a buyer's balance, or share the catalogue link without leaving the floor.
