Common questions
Can a staff member ever see my purchase price?
Only if you explicitly grant it. By default the staff role receives a restricted view with no cost or margin fields — enforced by the backend, not just hidden.
How many staff can I add?
The Standard plan includes up to 6 staff seats; larger teams are supported on the Professional plan.
What if a staff member leaves?
Deactivate their account in one click. Their history and activity log remain for your records, but they can no longer log in.
