Common questions
Can staff log expenses without seeing profit?
Yes. Staff can be allowed to add expenses (e.g. a workshop bill) while purchase prices and margins stay hidden — visibility is controlled per staff member.
Does it handle expenses for sold vehicles?
Yes. Post-sale costs like RC transfer charges can still be logged against the vehicle, and the final profit figure updates accordingly.
Can I see which cars are eating money?
The dashboard flags vehicles whose accumulated expenses are unusually high relative to their expected margin, and stock-age alerts catch slow movers.
