Delivery Policy

MotorIQ is a cloud-based software service used through a web browser and mobile apps. We do not sell or ship any physical goods.

Your MotorIQ account is activated or extended for the period you paid for as soon as your payment is confirmed, usually within a minute. Razorpay emails you a payment receipt.

If your payment succeeded but your plan has not updated within 30 minutes, email [email protected] or call +91 7775980069 with your payment ID. We will activate it manually or refund the payment, as set out in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Setup help and data migration from Excel or another system are included at no extra charge and are scheduled with you after signup, typically within 2 working days.
