Billing questions
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Every dealership gets 14 days of the full product, with no card required. You only pay if you decide to continue.
Do the plans have different features?
No. Every plan includes everything. The only difference is how long you pay for: longer plans cost less per month.
Will I be charged automatically?
No. Each plan is a one-time payment for its period. There is no auto-debit and no automatic renewal; we remind you before your plan ends.
How can I pay?
UPI, debit or credit card, net banking and wallets, through Razorpay. We never see or store your payment details.
Can I get a refund?
Yes, within 7 days of your first payment if MotorIQ is not right for you. Details are in our refund policy.
What happens to my data if I stop paying?
It is kept safe for 90 days so you can renew or ask for an export. After that it may be deleted, except records we must keep by law.
